Lemon curd pancakes

Ingredients

  • 8
    ready-made pancakes
  • Lemon curd
  • Butter
  • cup
    cream
  • Icing sugar
 

Method

20 mins
 
Spread the pancakes with lemon curd and roll up. Place in a buttered baking dish.

Pour over the cream. Dust with icing sugar and bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or until hot and golden.
