French loaf pizza with cheese and salami

A great way to make a melted cheese treat packed with spicy salami flavour.

Ingredients (7)

butter
1.00 bread — French loaf
65.00 ml tomato purée
peri-peri — ground, pinch
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
100.00 g salami — slices, halved
10.00 olives — black, pitted, halved

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Lightly butter the bread. Mix the tomato purée and peri peri and spread the bread with the mixture.
Sprinkle with half the cheese and arrange the salami slices and olives on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and serve immediately.
Serves 4-8.
