Ingredients (10)

1 vegetable oil — for frying
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
1 red chilli — deseeded and finely sliced
2 chicken breast fillets — medium, skinned and deboned
2 stir-fry vegetables
3 noodles — two minute
1 soy sauce — to serve
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.5 fresh coriander — or basil

Method:

Heat oils in a wok.

Add paste and chilli and fry for 30 seconds.

Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Add vegetables and noodles and cook until vegetables are tender but crunchy.

Add soy sauce and chicken. Toss to reheat and serve with coriander.
