Cheese puffs

A wonderfully tasty start to the week. Serve with a fresh green salad.

Ingredients (7)

2 cup flour
2 cup cheese — grated
4x5 ml Baking powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper
12 tsp mustard — powder
eggs — beaten
milk

Method:

Mix all ingredients, except milk.
Then add enough milk to make a thick lumpy batter.
Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 12-15 min at 180 C.

You can add the following to these puffs:
– chopped herbs eg. chives, parsley, spring onions
– chopped bacon bits
– corn
– grated parmesan cheese
