Ingredients (5)

1 tortillas — flour
olive oil — for brushing
parmesan cheese
1 handful fresh herbs
handful salt — coarse

Method:

Brush the tortilla with olive oil and herb seasoning. Sprinkle over the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven – 200°C, and scatter with the fresh
herbs and salt.
