Braai parcels

Something a little different for your weekend braai.

Ingredients (8)

4 boerewors — or chicken thigh
8 onion — cut into rings
4 potatoes — sliced
8 button mushrooms — wiped clean and sliced
4 tomatoes — thickly sliced
2 green pepper — sliced
40 ml soy sauce
100 ml butter — or margerine

Method:

Place the sausage or chicken in the centre of a large piece of aluminium foil.

Top with the vegetables and pour over the soy sauce.

Dot with butter and wrap in the aluminium foil, ensuring that the parcel is well sealed.

Braai the parcels over medium coals until the sausage is cooked and the vegetables are done. (Do not turn the parcel.)

Serve with salad, rice or garlic bread.
