Beef mince burgers

Ingredients (10)

500 g beef mince
2 Tbs soup powder — tomato
1 eggs
2 bread — stale slices, soaked
2 onions — chopped
2 Tbs fresh parsley — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
braai — salt
brown onion soup
cheese

Method:

Mix together mince, dry tomato soup, egg, bread, 1
chopped onion, parsley, salt & pepper, and braai salt. Form the mixture into patties.
In a pan brown the other chopped onion.

Place patties (about 8 of them) on top of the browned onion.
Close the lid, cook through and turn over.
When partly cooked add 2 dessert spoons
of brown onion soup to 1 cup water, mix and pour over patties.
Cook on low heat
until soup thickens.

Place on hamburger roll with thick slices of cheese,
tomato sliced, cucumber sliced (or gherkins) and lettuce.
