Baked kiwifruit croissant

    kiwifruit – you can add strawberries or any other fruit to taste
  • greek yoghurt or crème fraîche
  • honey
  • icing sugar (optional)
  • hot chocolate sauce (optional)


Preheat oven to 190°C.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spray very lightly with olive oil spray.

Cut through the middle of the croissants lengthwise and place cut side up on the baking sheet.

Arrange peeled and sliced kiwifruit on top of the croissants and sprinkle with a little honey.

Bake for 20 mins, or until the croissants are crisp, and the fruit softened and slightly browned.

Add a dollop of yoghurt or crème fraîche on top and run a little extra honey over if desired.

Sprinkle icing sugar or hot chocolate sauce over the top and serve hot or warm.
