Ingredients (6)

4.00 fish — medium fillets
40.00 ml tomato paste
5.00 ml dried oregano
10.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
100.00 g cheese — grated
3.00 tomatoes — sliced

Method:

Place the fish fillets on a
greased baking sheet and season
with salt and black pepper.

Combine the tomato paste,
origanum and garlic and spread
over each piece of fish. Sprinkle the fish pieces with
the cheese and top with
the tomato slices.

Bake in a
preheated oven (180°C) for about
20 minutes until golden and
bubbling.

Serve immediately with
salad and potato wedges.
