A ridiculously quick and easy Easter marshmallow, popcorn combo.

Ingredients (3)

18 chocolate coated marshmallow Easter eggs
70 g peanut butter
12 cup popcorn — cooked

Method:

Grease and line a baking tray.

Melt the peanut butter in a large saucepan and add the marshmallow easter eggs. Stir over low heat until completely melted.

Add the popcorn and stir to coat.

Spread out evenly onto the lined baking tray and allow to set at room temperature for about 1 hour.
