TO FINISH
Edible flower petals or ice cream cones
1 Pour the chilled evaporated
milk into a large mixing bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until thick.
2 Pour the cream into a separate mixing bowl and whisk with a
hand mixer until thick.
3 Fold the evaporated milk into the cream. Then fold in the
vanilla essence and condensed milk.
4 Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Freeze for two hours, then slowly beat with a
mixer and smooth the surface. Freeze for another hour. Remove and break down the ice crystals with a
fork. Freeze for another 1-2 hours.
5 Cover the ice cream with cling film and freeze until needed.
6 TO FINISH serve scoops in bowls and garnish with petals. Or serve in cones.
