Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and cubed
  • 2 pears, cored, peeled and cubed
  • 4 plums or peaches, pitted and cut into pieces
  • 125
    ml
    chopped dried pears or cranberries
  • 125
    ml
    rooibos tea, fennel and aniseed flavour
  • a little brown sugar (optional)
  • 50

    pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 25

    sesame seeds, toasted
  • 50

    chopped pecan nuts
  • 50
    g
    coconut flakes
  • 50
    g
    ground almonds
  • 7,5
    ml
    Chinese five-spice powder
  • 60

    olive oil
  • 10
    ml
    brown sugar
  • full-cream yoghurt
 

Method

20-30 min
 

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

1 FRUIT Mix the ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes and transfer to an ovenproof dish.

2 CRUMBLE

Mix all the ingredients and scatter evenly over the fruit.

3 Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the fruit is soft and the topping is browned.

4 TO SERVE

Top with dollops of yoghurt.
