    dark chocolate
  • 200
    g
    pretzel twists
  • 200
    g
    caramel sweets, roughly chopped
  • 30
    ml
    water
  • 100
    g
    pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    sea salt
 

Method

1 Melt 250g of the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Spread the chocolate evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2 Immediately scatter the pretzel twists over and gently press them into the chocolate.

3 Put the caramel sweets and water into an ovenproof bowl.

Put in the microwave and melt, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels.

4 Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and sea salt on top.

5 Chill until hardened. Cut or break into pieces to serve
