Tikka chicken pizza

Ingredients

    sunflower oil
  • 3
    chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 45
    ml
    tikka paste
  • 2
    ready-made pizza bases
  • 50
    ml
    spicy salsa
  • 1
    yellow pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 500
    ml
    grated mozzarella cheese
  • fresh coriander and basil, to serve
 

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Mix the chicken and tikka paste together and fry for three minutes or until just cooked. Set aside.

Spread the pizza bases with the salsa and arrange the chicken and yellow pepper on top. Sprinkle liberally with cheese and place into a preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the base is cooked. Serve garnished with coriander and basil.
