1 MARINADE
Mix
ingredients in a bowl and
marinate the chicken in
the fridge for at least
1 hour.
2 SALSA
Mix all the
ingredients together.
3 GUACAMOLE
Spoon
avocado into a bowl and
mash. Stir in the lemon
juice and black pepper.
4 Heat oil in a pan over
high heat and fry the
chicken for 8 minutes.
5 Spoon chicken, salsa,
guacamole and cheese
in a tortilla and enjoy!
