Honey and mustard chicken schnitzel

Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breast fillets
  • 3
    Tbs
    Dijon mustard
  • 3
    Tbs
    runny honey
  • 1
    cup
    breadcrumbs, preferably home-made
 

Method

20 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Mix together the mustard and honey and smear on top of each chicken breast fillet.

Press the mustard-coated side of the chicken into the breadcrumbs and place crumb-side up on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden. Serve with your favourite veggies or a simple side salad.
