Ingredients (5)

1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp peanut butter

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a glass jar and stir well. Put the jar into the fridge and let it sit overnight for at least 6 hours. When you are ready to eat the porridge in the morning, then stir the porridge in the jar. You can warm the porridge in the microwave if you don’t like to eat it cold. Top the porridge with some fresh fruit and roasted nuts for an energy-boosting breakfast.
