  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

1 Fry the bacon until crisp and set aside.

2 Whisk each egg separately, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

3 Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and add 5ml (1t) butter. Once the butter has melted, pour in one whisked egg and fry on both sides to make an omelette.

4 Sprinkle a little of the grated cheese on the omelette and fold in half, remove from the pan and repeat with the rest of the eggs.

5 Cut open the croissants. Put bacon strip on the bottom half of each one, followed by an omelette and a slice of cheese. Put all four bottom halves on a baking tray and place them under the oven grill for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

6 TO SERVE Heat the cheese griller sausages according to packet instructions and serve with the beans and croissants.
