aromatic bitters is just that! Not only does its history date back 200 years, it has consistently been voted number one bitters in the world by Drinks International. This trend of using the best is no different in South Africa as we find top bartenders around the country reaching for the bottle with the oversize label and yellow cap as often as they do a long glass.

Multi-award-winning mixologist and the 2017 Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year SA, Julian Short is the owner of Sin + Tax in Rosebank, Johannesburg. Julian has also recently taken Best Bartender of the Year and International Footprint at the 2018 B.A.R (Bartender Accolades and Recognition) Awards.
