The sun is shining, the festive season is upon us and that makes it the perfect time to get out of the house to experience all the beautiful scenery you can only find in Cape Town.

Cape Town is a big city for foodies, with a large selection of epic restaurants where you can find diverse and interesting menus. This summer is the perfect time to enjoy all the food the Mother City has to offer.

Capitec Bank has launched their #LiveBetter campaign, which encourages all South Africans to explore new places in their cities. Trying out some top restaurants is a great place to start and as a Capitec client you get to enjoy some perks too!

1. Salt – Kalk Bay

Found near Kalk Bay harbour, Salt’s menu is an eclectic mash-up of global tastes and textures that specialises in mouth-watering and healthy small plates. It is also known for serving excellent coffee. Enjoy a great meal while soaking up an expansive view of False Bay.

Their fresh and authentic pizzas and pasta dishes have a home-made honesty to them, and favour fresh ingredients over flamboyance.
