Warm milk has been the go-to sleep remedy for centuries and now with added ingredients, Moon Milk is the new elixir that's all the rage in the wellness world. It's a beautiful warm concoction made from milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ashwagandha and a colourful powder of choice such as green matcha, blue pea flower powder or turmeric, which is said to assist in calming and relaxing your body.

According to Americandairy.com, ashwagandha powder is a powerful adaptogen that works to improve the body’s reaction to stress and adds to the drink’s calming effects. Where do we sign up?! Adaptogens have been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic healing traditions for thousands of years but they're fast becoming a mainstream ingredient.
