Kim Copeland, an American baker who has a home cheesecake business has now become a household name after she went on a social media rampage following an experience with a customer of hers.
A woman by the name of Ginger allegedly ordered a cheesecake and proceeded to frustrate Kim (perhaps that’s an understatement), with her vague back and forth emails. Kim’s daughter happened to document her mother’s outburst on her phone and before long, the whole thing was on social media.
After the initial rant where Kim swears quite a lot, another video was posted where she highlights her concerns about the scenario ‘going too viral’…
