A great way to entertain friends is to go Greek.

I love to slow-cook a lamb for 7 hours. Serve this lamb - which is so soft you can eat it with a spoon - with roasted red peppers, baba ganoush, hummus, warmed pita breads and a real authentic Greek Salad.
