An acidic citrus fruit that is rich in vitamin C. Called the "fruit with a thousand uses" it is one of the most vital favouring ingredients in the kitchen.

Use: The juice of lemons are used to flavour drinks, desserts, especially good with fish. The outer rind can also be used in puddings, marinades, cakes and other desserts or in various dishes for added flavour.
