10 Meals that just taste better when you're wearing slippers

Is the only thing that gets you out of bed in the morning the promise of a hot cup of coffee and some breakfast? It's not easy to throw off the covers once the Winter chills set in.

I am an emotional eater and have no shame in admitting that I eat more when I am happy, sad, anxious and COLD! A piping hot plate of tasty food does wonders for the soul. Don't get me wrong, an oversized hoodie or a big scarf can do wonders for keeping you toasty and if it were socially acceptable, I would happily wear my slippers to work. But here's the thing...they don't warm you up from the inside. 

The dishes below should do just that! They are all crying out for chilly evenings or rainy days when you simply can't face the thought of taking off your slippers.
