The transition to chillier weather is definitely something one either loves or hates. I don't particularly enjoy the cold and the only thing that really gets me out of bed in Winter is the thought of food. I can't go through a single day without some kind of breakfast before 10 am.

While Summer may be ideal for smoothies and lighter fare like yoghurt and fresh fruit, Autumn and Winter call for something a bit more soul-soothing and comforting.

I bring you... breakfast bakes!

They take a bit more time than simply throwing everything into a blender, but trust me - the results are worth the effort.

Give these 3 recipes a whirl when the chills begin to set in!
