It's holiday time so out with the soggy cornflakes and yoghurt that's almost passed its sell-by-date.  We're picturing a giant spread of all our favourite things – a breakfast feast with bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, waffles, pastries, muffins, nutty granola, omelettes and scones with beautiful jams and cheeses.
