Celeb chef, Gordon Ramsay has created a range of healthy kids meals - now available in SA

, Michelin-star chef and infamous bad boy with a cool 2.4 million followers on Instagram, has developed a healthy range of kids read-to-go meals together with his teenage daughter for SA supermarket, Checkers.

In keeping with the global movement towards a way of eating less processed food, the meal range - called Oh My Goodness! Is completely free from MSG, added sugar and salt, and contains no added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Expect childhood comfort food favourites like beef cottage pie, cheesy macaroni and spaghetti Bolognaise.

far from the vociferous egotistical persona he usually portrays, Gordon Ramsay is the ultimate family man (he has four kids of his own - Megan, Jack, Holly and Matilda) and it's clear after watching Junior MasterChef, that he has a real soft spot for children, which makes him a great fit for being involved in creating a meal range especially for them.
