Enter Luke Dale-Roberts, a Brit with oodles of international experience and a vision for the future.

Since taking over Luke has won double honours at the 2008 Prudential Eat Out Awards. He's won the best chef title and La Colombe scooped best restaurant, testimony to his talent, dedication and ballsiness.

Food24 takes you exclusively into the country's top kitchen to cook along with Luke as he creates a smouldering Valentine's dish.
