Garlic is the most mouth-watering, wonderful flavour that wraps its aroma around my home and gives me those warm and fuzzy foodie feelings.

Its flavour ranges from pungent when it’s raw to sweet when it’s roasted and adds depth and dimension to the simplest of dishes.

From fresh pesto to comforting mash and sticky slow-roasts, garlic is the king of the kitchen.
