Ingredients (13)

Fish:
6.00 fish — medium sole fillets
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
lemon — juice only
250.00 ml milk
250.00 ml flour — cake
2 eggs — whisked
0.00 olive oil — for frying
Sauce:
35.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2 garlic — cloves, chopped
30.00 ml mayonnaise
10.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
15.00 ml lemon juice
5.00 ml salt — seasoned or Aromat

Method:

FISH
Season the fish with salt and pepper and marinate in the lemon juice
for 20 minutes in the fridge. Dip the fillets one by one in the milk, then the flour and finally the whisked eggs. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fillets until golden brown.
SAUCE
Heat 30 ml of the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic until soft. Remove from the heat, add the mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, seasoned salt and remaining olive oil and blend well.
Serve the fish with the sauce and mashed potatoes or rice.
