Ingredients (7)

1 cup fresh coriander
1/2 cup yoghurt — full cream
2 tsp fresh chillies — chopped
1 cloves garlic — cloves, minced
1 lemon — zest only
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp salt

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a deep container and blend together until smooth using a strong stick blender. Season to taste.
