Veganism Part III: You're (accidentally) vegan

by: Lisa Wallace | 05 Feb 2018

There're many well-known foods that are vegan – accidentally or on purpose – that you're already enjoying.

These products make the road to becoming vegan easier. Like Oreos – you've probably been eating Oreos since you were a kid and they are 100% vegan - minus the milk for dunking, of course. As are Jelly Tots. Not many sweets are vegan due to gelatine, but those colourful, sugary jelly sweets are your new sweet treat. Read on and remember to stock up on products and support brands that are limiting harm to animals and the environment – and are delicious too.
