Yogurt tart



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    Tub Raspberry yogurt (or of your choice)
  • 410
    g
    1 Tin Condensed milk
  • x2
    ml
    Packets jelly Raspberry
  • x2
    packets tennis biscuits
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Make jelly as per packet instruction - Mix condensed milk and jogurt together and add jelly - Layer tennis biscuits in a square dish (set aside some biscuits to sprinkle on top)and add some of the mixture - continue with second layer tennis biscuits and mixture. Crush remaining biscuits and sprinkle on top of tart. Refridgerate for 2 hours or well chilled. absolutely yummy!!
