Ingredients (4)

1 kg yoghurt — raspberry-flavoured
410 g condensed milk
x2 ml jelly — raspberry
x2 tennis biscuits

Method:

Make jelly as per packet instruction – Mix condensed milk and jogurt together and add jelly – Layer tennis biscuits in a square dish (set aside some biscuits to sprinkle on top)and add some of the mixture – continue with second layer tennis biscuits and mixture. Crush remaining biscuits and sprinkle on top of tart. Refridgerate for 2 hours or well chilled. absolutely yummy!!
