Ingredients (4)

1 can condensed milk
500 ml yoghurt — lemon meringue flavoured
1 tennis biscuits — packet
100 g butter

Method:

Melt the butter in a pot and add crushed biscuits.
Press into a pie dish.
Mix the condensed milk and yoghurt together, and pour on top of biscuit mixture.
Microwave on high for 4 and a half minutes.
Once cooked, allow to cool and put into the fridge for an hour.
