Wasabi fish cubes

Putting some heat into your dish.
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 2
    pieces of fish, cut into cubes
  • 4
    tbsp
    plain flour
  • 2
    tbsp
    wasabi powder
  • 1
    tbsp
    ginger powder
  • 2
    tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    tsp
    ground white pepper
  • 3
    tbsp
    oil
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
1.Cut the fish into bite size cubes and pat dry. 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together well. 3. Roll the fish in the flour to coat. 4. Heat the oil and fry on all sides until golden and crispy. 5. Serve with a nice fresh salad, make it Asian by adding Avo, pickled ginger and a soy sauce dressing.
