Tuna and Mushroom quiche



  • 1
    medium onion
  • 2
    medium eggs
  • 1
    small tin ideal milk
  • 1
    tin mushrooms
  • 1
    tin tuna in brine
Servings: Change Serving


in a bowl,chop the onion into small pieces,add the eggs, small tin ideal milk, drained tinned mushrooms,drained tuna and mix well. Pour into a greesed round microwave proof pie dish and put in the microwave on high for 10min. If the centre is still a little running put back for another minute or two. Allow to stand in the mirco for a few minutes once it has finished cooking as it will continue to cook a little longer.
