Ingredients (10)

15 ml olive oil
2 onions — medium, chopped
1.5 green pepper — chopped
2 garlic — peeled and chopped
2 tuna
250 g mushrooms — sliced
2 creamy white pasta sauce — cheese, mushroom and garlic
250 ml cream — fresh
salt and freshly ground black pepper
400 g pasta — penne

Method:

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the onions, sweet pepper and garlic until soft. Drain the tuna and add to the onion mixture along with the mushrooms. Cover with the lid and simmer for a few minutes. Mix the contents of the packets of pasta sauce with the fresh cream and add to the tuna mixture. Season, cover and simmer for about 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add milk if more liquid is required. Cook the pasta until soft, drain and serve with the tuna mixture.
