Ingredients (10)

1 onion — large
1 tbsp garlic — cloves, crushed
1 sprig coriander
1 handful mushrooms
4 chicken breast fillets — deboned
3 tsp seasoning — garlic, lemon and herb
2 tsp fresh chillies — 573
1 handful feta cheese
1 handful spinach — chopped
250 ml pasta — fettuccine

Method:

Cut chicken fillets into cubes and mix with spice. Set aside
Coarsely chop onion, mushrooms, spinach. Saute in olive oil until onions are golden.
Remove from pan and in this very pan saute marinated chicken strips
Once the chicken is a bit brown add in the onion mixture again constantly working it through with a spoon
Add in the chopped spinach and remove from the heat.
Now add crumbled feta.
Boil the pasta and once done drain the water off and add to the chicken pan.
