Sweet and sour chicken

Ingredients

 
  • 2
    sliced onions
  • 4
    sliced marrows (length wise)
  • 4
    sliced carrots (length wise)
  • 1
    sliced green pepper (length wise)
  • 1
    sliced yellow pepper (length wise)
  • 2
    cloves
    garlic, crushed
  • 8
    chicken pieces
  • 2
    bottles sweet and sour sauce

Method

 
Fry onions, veggies and garlic in a little oil until soft. Put side in a casserole dish, brown the chicken pieces. Put all ingredients in casserole dish pouring sauce over ensuring all chicken is covered. Cook on 180C for 1 hour or until done. Serve with rice.
