Tandoori chicken

An Indian dish that gets the juices flowing.

Ingredients

 
  • 1kg
    g
    chicken
  • 500
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 1
    onions
  • 2
    tomatoes
  • 2
    tsp
    crushed garlic and ginger
  • 6
    cloves
    garlic
  • 1
    tsp
    tumeric
  • 3
    tbsp
    mixed/tandoori masala
  • 1
    tsp
    salt
  • 1
    bunches
    coriander
  • 1
    green, yellow and red pepper
  • 1
    tsp
    lemon juice

Method

 
Marinade chicken with all spices and cloves then add yoghurt and lemon juice, leave overnight or atleast 6 hours. Bake for 45mins covered with foil in 180 Degree preheated oven. Then add all veg, peppers, onion and tomatoes. Bake for 15mins without foil. Remove and garnish with coriander.
