Ingredients (9)

1 green pepper
250 g bacon — pieces
1 chicken — pieces
3 onion
8 potatoes — quartered
2 handful vegetables
375 ml wine — white
4 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 pinch oregano

Method:

Fry onions in pot, with pepper and remove.

Fry bacon and add fried onions.

Pack chicken on bacon and onions and throw spices over the chicken.

Add wine to the pot.
When the chicken changes colour, add potatoes.

Simmer for 20 minutes and add sauce.

Add veggies and cook for 15 more minutes.
