Ingredients (3)

250 ml cream — fresh
1 can condensed milk
1 lemon juice

Method:

Prepare your biscuit base as per usual

Whip your cream till stiff
Beat in condensed milk
While still beating squirt in lemon juice to taste
** Lemon juice will thicken the mixture.

Pour/Scoop mixture into base
Refrigerate until set

Totally yummy !
