Sugar and oil free fruit loaf



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    c
    Hot Rooibosch Tea
  • 1
    c
    Bakers fruit mix
  • 1
    c
    Bran enriched self raising flour
  • 1
    Egg
  • 1
    tsp
    mixed spice
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Place fruit mix in tea and allow to stand overnight. The next day mix in remaining ingredients and pour into bread tin. Bake in preheated oven at 45°C for 45 minutes. Goes well with Ultramel Sugar-free custard.
