Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    pasta
  • 700
    g
    tenderised steak
  • 250
    g
    any beef sausage
  • 500
    g
    fresh cream
  • 2
    tsp
    garlic paste
  • 1
    tbsp
    steak chops spice
  • 1
    tsp
    white pepper
  • 1
    tsp
    garlic and herb spice
  • 100
    g
    cheddar / gouda cheese
  • 2
    tbsp
    mushroom soup powder
  • 2
    pinch
    salt

Method

 
boil penne pasta in salt water. butter and canola oil in pan, must be very hot, then add the steak and the spices, fry until soft, then add the sausage and fry until done, add the fresh cream and the mixed soup and stir. Put heat on low, and let simmer, add grated cheese, and milk if too thick....dont add salt. Add pasta at the end and switch off heat but leave pot on stove. Garnish with flat leaf parsley.
