Seafood tantalizer



  • 2 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cream
  • Lastly blue cheese and cheddar
  • 240g Hake fish (keep whole)
  • Tabasco sauce
  • SAUCE:
  • Aromat
  • 8 Prawns
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 packet white onion soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ground pepper
  • 500g Calamari rings
  • Parsley chopped (Lots)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tin snails


Place thinly sliced potato slices in oven proof dish.
Place all fish ingredients on top.
Place prawns calamari and snails on top
Mix rest of ingredients well into sauce mixture and pour over.
Place grated cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 min-then grill till golden brown.
