Seafood a-la velvet

Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • Rosemary to taste
  • 10 Fresh Strawberries
  • 250ml Strawberry Velvet Cream
  • Thyme to taste
  • 1kg Rocket Leaves
  • 1kg Mussels (plain/garlic)
Servings: Change Serving


Spray oven dish. Put all seafood in dish. Sprinkle Rosemary & Thyme. Put in pre-heated oven (180*C).Grill/fry Haloumi cheese. When seafood starts browning take out and pour strawberry velvet cream over and grill till golden brown. Take it out. Put rocket leaves on serving dish put seafood on top except the crayfish. Flake crayfish meat and sprinkle on top. Slice Haloumi cheese and put on top. Pour sauce from the oven dish over. Put all the strawberries on top. Preparation time:45-60min.
