Seafood Soup



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1 and 1/2
    tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 2
    onions finely chopped
  • 3
    tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2
    spring onions finely chopped
  • 1
    tsp
    curry powder
  • 375
    ml
    Hill & Dale's Sauvignon Blanc
  • 4
    tbsp
    butter
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 500
    g
    mussels
  • 500
    g
    precooked prawns

Method

 
To cook the mussels Place the mussels and the prawns in boiling water until the mussels shells open. For making the mussels sauce take a large saucepan and cook the garlic and onions in simmering wine. Cook till the onions and garlic look translucent. Mix the cream in the saucepan. Add curry powder to it. In the saucepan, add the butter and whip. Turn off the flame. Add spring onions and parsley to the sauce and mix well add the prawns and mussels and serve immediately
