Ingredients (10)

1 and 1/2 tbsp garlic — paste
2 onions — finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh parsley — chopped
2 spring onions — finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
375 ml wine — Sauvignon Blanc
4 tbsp butter
250 ml cream
500 g mussels
500 g prawns — precooked

Method:

To cook the mussels

Place the mussels and the prawns in boiling water until the mussels shells open.

For making the mussels sauce

take a large saucepan and cook the garlic and onions in simmering wine. Cook till the onions and garlic look translucent. Mix the cream in the saucepan. Add curry powder to it. In the saucepan, add the butter and whip. Turn off the flame. Add spring onions and parsley to the sauce and mix well add the prawns and mussels and serve immediately
