Ingredients

 
  • 50

    Butter
  • 2
    Leeks
  • 200
    g
    Mushrooms
  • 300
    g
    Haddock
  • 1
    can
    Creamstyle sweetcorn
  • 1
    Egg
  • 250
    ml
    Milk
  • 250
    g
    Spring Onion & Chives Cottage Cheese
  • 100
    ml
    Self-raising Flour
  • 250
    ml
    grated Cheddar Cheese

Method

 
Sautee sliced leeks & mushrooms in butter. Cook & flake haddock and add to mixture. Add all remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese, season to taste. Spoon into buttered dish (20 x 20cm) Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 160 C for about 50 min. Variation: replace haddock with crispy fried bacon or smoked snoek. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
