Red Kidney Chicken Liver Salad



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    fresh Chicken Livers
  • 250
    g
    frozen Hawaiin mixed Veg
  • 0.5
    can
    Red kidney beans
  • 1
    handful
    Onion
  • 2
    cloves
    Garlic
  • 2
    pinch
    Black Peper
  • 1
    tbsp
    Knorr Brown onion Soup pkt
  • 2
    tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1
    tsp
    mild & spicy curry
  • 10
    ml
    water

Method

 
Fry onion into olive oil, after 5 min add chopped garlic cloves, then add your spice curry let the mixeture soften then add chicken livers, let it fry for about 10 min, then add the hawaiin frozen veggies & brown onion soup,water & sprikle black pepper & leave it to simmer for 10 min. Add your canned Red kidney beans without water & stir & leave it for 2 min, then turn your stove off. Serve it with Rye breat or steamed bread on the side as a starter
